Does Emotional Intelligence Depend on Gender?

Being a good and effective leader requires having a good understanding of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence can be learned, but some aspects are also part of us, either taught by how we were raised, or simply part of our DNA. This argument of nature vs nurture could suggest that women are better with emotional intelligence, yet women in leadership roles account for less than 35% of senior management/director, and only 21% of C-Suite positions.

This workshop, featuring leaders, and experts in the field of emotional intelligence, will present information on emotional intelligence, the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace, but especially at the leadership level, and the role of gender with emotional intelligence.
